The business of change
The start of 2009 has produced the first letting for Aspect Developments, the company behind the £3m Garden Place office scheme in Altrincham. IT firm Civica has taken 3000sqft of Garden Place on a 10 year lease. Aspect will be facilitating the interior design and fit out on behalf of the occupier.

Planning Approval Granted for 2 Grade A New build offices in Altrincham Town Centre.
Planning approval was awarded on the 13th November 2008 for 2 new build offices. Garden Lane @ 6000sq.ft. and Springfield Road @ 8000sq.ft. The offices are available for purchase on a design and build basis for £1.75m and £2.2m respectively.
Planning approval as granted for 2 Superior houses on Bonville Road, Bowden, Cheshire.
Planning approval was granted on 24th September 2008 for Woodstock comprising of a magnificent 5,500sq.ft. 6 Bedroom/6 Bathroom House over 4 floors with substantial south facing garden offering views of the woodlands surrounding Dunham Golf Course. Practical Completion awarded to Bardsley Construction.

Aspect submit designs for Bowdon
Two individually designed Bowdon Villas have been submitted to the planning department at Trafford MBC and are due to start on site late 2007. These have been designed in a traditional style but they encompass a beautiful contemporary twist.
